Holly relocated to Fort Lauderdale from Louisville, Kentucky in 1984. Prior to moving to Fort Lauderdale, Holly graduated from Sullivan Business College in Louisville and attended Western Kentucky University, in Bowling Green, Kentucky. As the wife of a builder/developer and her involvement in developments in Kentucky, it was natural for Holly to become interested in pursuing a real estate career in Fort Lauderdale. Holly obtained her salesperson license in 1990 and opened her own brokerage company in 2005.
Holly’s excellent negotiating skills and passion for the real estate profession, makes her an excellent representative for either a buyer or a seller. Her tenacity and professionalism, along with her loyalty to her customers, is a win-win situation for all parties. Katie has been a long time resident of South Florida since 1984 and a member of the Realtors Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale for over 23 years as well as a Community Association Manager for over 9 years, who has chosen property management, residential investment sales and acquisition as her specialty.
In addition, prior to moving to South Florida, Katie earned an AS degree from Marshall University, after which moved to South Florida and focused on contractual, landlord/tenant and real estate law for 26 years.
