Holly moved to Fort Lauderdale from Louisville, Kentucky in 1984. Prior to moving to Fort Lauderdale, she graduated from Sullivan Business College in Louisville and attended Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green, Kentucky.

Being married to a builder/developer, Holly is familiar with the construction process and wanted to be a part of the real estate business. She started her own brokerage company in 2005, but has been active in real estate since 1990. Holly's excellent negotiating skills and passion for the real estate profession, makes her an excellent representative for either a buyer or a seller. Her tenacity and professionalism, along with her loyalty to her customers, is a win-win situation for all parties.

Holly's mission is to exceed client expectations and build relationships with her clients along the way so that she will be their "Realtor for life." Holly has earned her Luxury Marketing Specialist designation, but does not limit herself to selling or listing only luxury properties.
